HeartSpark Consultancy was born in 2014 from a simple observation: Kenyan organizations had immense potential, but many teams were operating below their capability. Our founder, Hamza Hassan, witnessed firsthand how poor communication, lack of trust, and misaligned goals were holding back some of the country's most promising companies.

What started as weekend workshops in borrowed conference rooms has grown into Kenya's premier organizational development consultancy. We've had the privilege of working with everyone from ambitious startups in Nairobi's Silicon Savannah to established corporations across East Africa.

Today, HeartSpark stands as a testament to what's possible when passion meets purpose. We've facilitated team building experiences from the shores of Diani to the slopes of Mount Kenya, and delivered corporate training programs in boardrooms across Nairobi, Mombasa, and beyond.
